BeLCAR - Bench Learning in Cluster Management for the Automotive sector in European Regions

BeLCAR is one of the Europe INNOVA projects, an initiative for innovation professionals supported by the European Commission under the 6^th Framework Programme.
The aim of BeLCAR is to establish and run a European platform improving product, process and organizational innovation in and across regional automotive clusters. The overarching goal of the BeLCAR project is to improve the performance and innovativeness of automotive clusters in Europe by strengthening regional innovation systems and optimising resources for supporting activities and structures.
